Included financial package to board members.• Assisted in the integration of Vidfilm into Technicolor’s organization. Converted the financial system of eight newly acquired facilities into a new Great Plains system.• Convened a taskforce that completely overhauled the regular financial reporting package.• Responsible for all banking. (Outstanding loans, borrowing, negotiations). Responsible for control of the general accounting system, budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, invoicing and general ledger. Provided banking reconciliations, closed the books at month end, managed the fixed assets and leased equipment records.
