My residential drafting and design career spans more than two decades. It includes kitchen and bath design, remodels, additions, and new construction. In addition to a free-lance drafting career I have also worked in the construction industry as a design consultant and as a pre-production manager for Townsend Construction located in Prescott, Arizona. Three years ago I relocated to Northern Michigan. I recently completed a 60 hour course and have obtained my Michigan Residential Builder's License. I am interested in building quality, energy efficient, well designed, homes. A particular desire is to create pocket home communities to meet the needs of singles, retirees, young families just starting out and those individuals who gravitate toward a minimalist lifestyle.
