• Utilize continuous process improvement work principles to ensure that policy transactions are issued and changes are recorded accurately in a timely manner by rating and/or entering transactions for all commercial lines of business. Such transactions include quotes, new business, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.• Screen transactions to determine proper processing for all segments of business that require underwriter attention within delegate authority limits. Provide timely and professional customer service to agencies to facilitate the processing of transactions. Communicate with team members and agencies to obtain the information necessary to complete screening and transactions.
