I act as a liaison between hiring managers and the Recruiting Department as I work with applicants through all stages of the on-boarding process. This position also involves travel to local and remote career fairs and the opportunity to work with college or university representatives to promote the Reynolds and Reynolds brand, making students aware of our exciting career opportunities. This position requires a wide range of abilities including strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility, and strong attention to detail. A high standard of professionalism is also required since I interact with external business partners and our internal management staff, including Executive Vice Presidents. Show less
