• Create and implement post-secondary access programming for high school students throughout the year such as work parties to complete financial aid and college applications, post-secondary related workshops, advising.
• Closely collaborate and support mentors to identify and address factors for post-secondary matriculation including collaboration with post-secondary access colleagues at other Summer Search sites.
