Being the Human Resource Director at Open Hand Atlanta is a privilege and realized dream. Working in Human Resources and for a non-profit organization has combined my 2 passions: growing employees and supporting a beautiful mission to feed people. My 9 years of experience in human resources and management of people and processes has honed my interpersonal skills, conflict resolution and leadership competencies. Creating and implementing training programs and procedures is exciting and energy giving for me. This is seen in my experience as lead project manager, implementation of new programs, and culture change initiatives. My passion is growing employees, building teams, and supporting the mission and values of an organization.
