I joined the HCOA Board after working on a short-term intensive project with the director to define and develop program areas and create outreach and marketing materials with an eye to soliciting program sponsorships. With my experience as an administrator and user of cloud-based CRM from a nonprofit development standpoint, I've been focusing my efforts on creating user-defined fields, queries and reports in eTapestry with regard to grant tracking and volunteer management.
