Susanne Smith is a managing partner of Legacy Real Property, LLC, responsible for the analysis of emerging and stable U.S. markets; identification, due diligence, and acquisition of potential investments; communication with vendors and financial institutions; and oversight of property managers. Susanne has been involved in the acquisition and management of single and multifamily properties since 2002.Susanne has 11 plus years of experience as an internal auditor in the banking and transportation industries, and five plus years of experience as the Membership Director of a private, membership, home design and remodeling center where she was twice recognized on the corporate level as a top sales performer. Susanne holds a B.B.A. degree in Accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York. She is an inactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
