These projects stretches over 3 years and with a budget of a total of $90M within my responsibility. The projects are delivered with a team of 25-30 people. In my role I also have 3 stream leads that reports directly to me which I give guidance and develop in their roles as leaders and managers.

During my time as a Project Manager at PRC Engineering my main assignement was as a consultant for AstraZeneca as a Project Manager in a part of a major project. The project purchased, installed and validated 2 major production lines.

My role as a Project Engineer included installing new equipment as well as improving process flow on a current production line. Installing new equipment included coordinating testing of new equipment and educating personnel on running the equipment. Improving process flow on the current production line included minimizing lead times, turnover times and shortening stop due to machine failure.
