As a seasoned Finance and Accounting leader, I understand firsthand the growing complexities and demands organizations place on Finance and Accounting teams. Between my time spent as an auditor in public accounting to the time spent as an accounting leader in industry, I quickly realized that F&A teams could provide more insights and value to the business but often lacked the resources due to antiquated technologies and processes. After executing a successful finance transformation program from conception through execution, my mission became educating and helping other F&A leaders shift into more of a strategic role, helping to drive business strategy and results. I have been fortunate enough to combine this passion with my love of travel, presenting at hundreds of conferences, tradeshows, and webinars across the globe. The rest of the time I enjoy serving my community as Treasurer, spending time with family and friends and working on home improvement projects (especially the demolition part). I recently purchased a Shelby Cobra with my dad and we enjoy attending car shows during the summer.
