As the Director of the Compliance Automation Program the scope of responsibility was the development of automated solutions for regulatory and investor requirements on the Origination platform. As the LendScape Compliance Program Manager I developed a Compliance Automation program for a new Origination platform for residential mortgage lending supporting both Retail and Direct Lending call center activities, called LendScape. I worked with a project team of compliance and risk professionals as well as IT PMO and business subject matter experts to develop a comprehensive set of requirements related to state and federal regulations for automation within the new platform.
