Current• Lead and manage the State of North Carolina account, overseeing the recruitment process and ensuring alignment with client needs. Act as the main point of contact between recruiters, client relationship managers, and hiring managers.• Supervise and support recruiters, reviewing submissions for accuracy and ensuring they meet deadlines. Provide feedback to improve recruitment quality and efficiency.• Manage recruiter submissions on the client portal, ensuring accurate and timely uploads. Resolve any portal issues in coordination with IT or support teams.• Collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager to discuss recruitment strategies, trends, and performance metrics. Offer insights to improve future recruitment efforts.• Interact with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, discuss candidate profiles, and align the process with department goals. Support managers in selecting top talent.• Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies, ensuring they effectively attract high-quality candidates and align with business objectives.• Track and report on recruitment performance, ensuring KPIs such as time-to-fill and candidate quality are met. Provide actionable insights to improve recruitment outcomes.• Oversee the onboarding process for selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from hiring to the workplace. Coordinate with internal teams to complete necessary paperwork and provide support for new hires.
