 NPD activity of (BOP) for new Project & handled with complete activity due to initial stage like. Handling the team of different section Engineers in quality like( incoming, in process assembly, SMT Line & final process) Technical discussion with German customer (RZB) regarding new product development and for existing product, make MOM about all discussed points and reviews.  Conversant PPAP review and approval as per requirement.  Preparation for New part development plan as per requirement. Execute all process activities in related to design & Development. Testing and Calibration according to NABL and BIS with documentation. Electrical Testing( Surge, Humidity, IR, HV, Endurance, IP test and Thermal test etc.) with documentation according to IEC & IS Standards. Photometry Testing (Lumen, CRI, CCT and Functional test) with documentation according to LM-79 / IS:16106. Handling third party inspection/ Audit (RITES, BGR ). SMT line & Assembly line Process Quality. Handling Audit of ISO 9001:2015 documentation with auditor. Conducted (IQA) Internal Quality Audit at pattern of ISO 9001:2015 time to time as per management plan in our company premises.

 Initial product line setup at supplier end to ensure smooth flow material. Handling adherence to the various quality measures such as ISO-9001: 2008 and TS-16949:2009 standards by maintenance of requisite documentation & manual.  Co-ordinates Quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems maximize product reliability. Check Dimensional/Functional of sample evaluation & gives approval of vendor components category Like: Rubber, Sheet Metal, Machining, Casting, and Plastic with the help of instrument like Height Gauge, Profile Projector, Hardness tester, Surface Finish tester, Bevel protector ext.  Gives Suggestion & implementation about “POKA-YOKE” time to time on (Occurrence /Detection) stage considering under severity and effectively implemented/monitor by supplier. Categorization of DOL/Regular Parts of respective suppliers. Closely Follow-up concern documentation’s procedure conversion of developed parts in to the DOL/Regular parts. Make Quality-Std. about critical/functional parameters as per drawing & raise to supplier for implementation at PDI stage. Use 7QC Tool & SPC, MSA time to time as required. Effectively involve analysis of Root cause about defective parts like: Lot rejection, Line rejection, and Customers rejection of suppliers. Effectively maintain Horizontally Deployment activity for avoiding similar failure do not repeat in other model’s parts after taken corrective & preventive action against non conforming product. Raise CAPA/8D to supplier if reported FIT & FUNCTION & other non-conforming product & taken
