Complete layout inspection of product using measuring Instruments.Responsible for document and data control activities.Carried out the quality checks of the process as mentioned in the process work sheets.Responsible to carry out other assignments delegated by head of the department.Online & final quality inspection of printed packaging products.To prepare and update all master document list as per documentation requirement.Online & final quality inspection of extruded Seamless Plastic tubes.Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.Conducting Daily Quality meeting.Machine Line Clearance after change-over of the product on each machine.To identify defects and remedies during the online inspection and controlled on them.All Critical Quality Check as per standard.Maintaining process parameters as per controlled copy.Using the techniques such as 5S, Kaizen and Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing) for continuous improvement.Performing inspection of parts and maintaining inspection reports.Ensure to give real time feedback to the concern department head.Sampling Check of ready for dispatch components as Per AOQL.
