Suzanne began working in her grandparents jewelry store while she was still in grade school. She began her studies in jewelry repair, diamond setting and custom design before she graduated high school. She purchased the company in 1992 and grew the company into a world class operation that serves clients across the globe. Serving customers and exceeding their expectations was learned early on and has become the foundation of her business model. She employs only those who have a passion to learn, serve and volunteer. She has a clear understanding of why jewelry and diamonds have been symbols of love since ancient times. These are permanent symbols that are worn as a reminder to the wearer of how much they are loved.
