Suzanne Chambers has over 30 years experience in accounting and payroll, and an educational background from Brigham Young University, Suzanne Chambers has been a valued member of the G&A Partners management team for over a decade. Starting as Payroll Manager, Suzanne designed and built a Payroll Department that navigated G&A Partners through its most prolific growth period to date. In September 2006 G&A Partners announced plans to open the Customer Care Center. With Suzanne’s history of success in department development well established, she was the natural choice to develop and lead this new team of highly trained specialists that would be committed to delivering exceptional customer service to G&A’s many clients and worksite employees. Suzanne’s extensive training and knowledge in customer care related issues has led to the high demand and responsibility of conducting Customer Care training for G&A corporate employees and their high profile clients. The success and popularity of her high-energy, motivating, and personalized Customer Care training series has become a significant value ad to the G&A client base and their revenue stream. Suzanne earned her CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) and has her CSC (Customer Service Certified). She continues her education by attending significant, national Customer Service conferences and APA events. Suzanne has been recognized by her peers as the Employee of the Quarter as well as the employee who best embodies the G&A Core Values (The Martin Luther King Award). The history of Suzanne’s professional career is a testament to the reality that she genuinely enjoys helping people.
