Senior Account Director
Current• Develop, maintain and grow long-term client relationships with Fortune 500 clients across a variety of industries including healthcare, retail, CPG, financial, foodservice, high tech, manufacturing, and travel and hospitality• Manage client business worth $5-$7 million annually • Design, structure, deliver and evolve lifecycle and customer engagement programs and promotions utilizing our platform solutions with focus on customer and channel loyalty, communications and content, social and digital marketing• Provide account leadership and development• Analyze program results utilizing tools including Tableau, Google Analytics and program specific scorecards and reporting• Create and deliver client presentations and account reviews including presenting process improvement, enhancement and expansion opportunities. • Create detailed marketing, content and project plans• Manage client P&L• Develop internal corporate systems and processes
