Since 1985, I have been honored to serve as a public servant for the citizens of San Joaquin County in a variety of capacities. As I close my 37 year career, I am proud to say I leave having played a role in improving services for our community. Leading the project to open the San Joaquin County Family Justice Center (a one-stop shop for victims to obtain services - kind of like a mall with a variety of services to assist those who have experienced trauma), and subsequently managing it to assist our outstanding community service partners to better serve our citizens, has been my blessing.
