As part of the Americas Customer Service and Support Business Program and Process Engineering Team I am responsible for End to End organizational Programs and Projects. I lead large international cross functional teams through lean six sigma practices to identify potential solutions and drive priority in executing and structuring the solutions into solid projects. I manage analytical analysis of multiple functional areas of the services business as it relates to the scope of the overall program which results in significant improvement in processes and cost structure for the organization as a whole.

As part of the Project Management Office for Commercial Warranty Services Team I assist in managing the Plan of Record (POR) for the organization. This involves managing multiple projects on the POR as well as development of reporting for POR activities. I am responsible for projects that range from root cause analysis to complete implementation of projects and programs. I have managed projects surrounding Customer Satisfaction, New Service & Support Program implementations, process improvement projects, employee call center awards and recognition program, call center transitions, specific work transitions to different organizations, development of new User Interface for specific customer segment and overall cost improvement initiatives. I am the primary Project Manager for the PSG Commercial Self Maintainer Program projects and work on a daily basis to identify improvement areas and projects for the Self Maintainer Program.

Manage the Consumer US Retail Service Channel Training, communication, and service tools program. Program entails management of a Web Site which includes development of training courses and ongoing training plans, web site requirements and usability, Incentive Rewards Program, Credentialing Recognition Program, and Vendor Relationships.

Developed and managed corporate relationships with the service side of Compaq’s key consumer retail accounts. Proactively provide them with all service needs including logistics, parts processing procedures, accounting needs, and Compaq Services Network system training and information. Worked jointly with Compaq Sales organization to manage overall retail accounts relationships. Managed the Consumer ASP Pay for Performance program, which involved working with a third party marketing research firm to manage all aspects of the customer satisfaction study. Responsible for analysis of the customer satisfaction feedback and communicating those results to the retail corporate office regarding their service centers levels of performance in order to identify process improvements to raise their service performance scores. Performed general business analysis to ensure the overall health of the Consumer Channels program and identify potential areas of improvement. Lead role in a special cross organizational project team improvement. Lead role in a special cross organizational project team, which identified significant savings potentials in warranty dollars and became Project Implementation Manager on the project which saved $1.4 million in a 3 ½ month period.
