Managed $302M munitions stockpile and intermediate-level maintenance of suspension and launch equipment valued at $166M.

Provided management oversight for 1.3K technicians. Directed and developed policy and guidance for 13 munitions organizations throughout Europe and the Middle East. Managed maintenance, storage and production of 51K short tons of munitions valued at $2.1B.
