Having worked throughout the world for over ten years as a Regional Manager, Operations Manager and a European Training Manager, I gained a wealth of experience within a very diverse range of cultures and abilities. On returning to England, I launched my own Training and Business Consultancy, Shaw2Succeed, allowing me to incorporate my knowledge of Business Management with Training.After working alongside Kent Trainers since 2006 as a Senior Associate, I am happy to be continuing my journey with Kent Trainers as the Owner/ Director and Principal Trainer.We offer over 70 course titles delivered on dates throughout the year at our Country House hotels across the South East of England.
