- Coordinating implementation of the project funded by the UN agencies, Christian Blind Mission and other donor organisations;- Representing the Association in the UN clusters and other international platforms;- Establishing and developing internal processes within Association- Administering the community of organisations working for people with disabilities- Identification and establishing partnership with different categories of stakeholders- Organisation of public events, representation of the Association in media.

- Successfully implemented 4 complex social projects (overall budget - 3 mln. USD)- Built a team of 32 project staff members and organized their day-to-day work using different tools of Agile methodology- Established effective communication with customers, investors and within the project team- Oversaw the process of utilization of the project budgets- Made changes to the project implementation process due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the invasion of RF in Ukraine

- Made decisions on strategic directions of development of the organization and list of activities/projects- Oversaw financial financial management of organization.- Developed internal procedures to increase effectiveness and mitigate risks.- Presented the work of organizaton for the media, partners, investors, government and other stakeholders

- Organized work of a team of 5 lawyers- Created and oversaw working plans, including KPIs and trainings- Prepared and submitted reports on results of department's work- Communicated with representatives of other departments to harmonize legal work with other activities of organization
