He also led the Finance workstream to develop and implement a Day 1 plan and contributed to change management and training efforts.Prior to that, Mr. Kapadia served as the Project Management Office for a leading fence supplier to manage the consolidation of an ERP platform for 2 large operating companies. Mr. Kapadia developed custom dashboards and tools to provide visibility and track delivery of software for a timely and successful cutover.Mr. Kapadia’s other key engagements include:- Led the infrastructure and applications cutover of three-refined oil and gas terminals well ahead of schedule for a large US refined products pipeline company, that was entering the terminal business​.- Successfully led fast-paced, enterprise-level initiatives to completion during an M&A of two-regional downstream energy companies. His key accomplishments include timely delivery of ERP implementation and cutover; mobile app launch within 1-week as a response to COVID-19; and website feature enhancement management and delivery​.- Served a global foodservice and distribution company execute an ERP migration to Workday and implemented a change control process resulting in standardized operations for the US division​. - As a part of a $2 billion carve-out acquisition, Mr. Kapadia met aggressive timelines for the evaluation and stand-up of field communications (SCADA) and flow-measurement applications for a private upstream oil and gas firm​.Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Kapadia’s notable industry experience includes successful migration of an on-prem to cloud application and roll-out of a pre-paid plan for a tier-1 service provider servicing 33+ million subscribers​.
