As Chief Operations Officer at TorranceLearning, I've synthesized my grounding in small business operations and my experience managing within large international organizations to build TorranceLearning's business backbone to support our employees, products, and customers while enabling our organization's future growth. My goal is to make our operations as seamless and efficient as possible so our team can focus on providing our clients with world-class, custom learning design and development solutions.I started my career at Zingerman'''s in ANn Arbor, where I established their visual brand, the creation of their proprietary font "Muno Bold." While working there, I learned the concept of creating space for individuals to bring their own creativity and problem solving into the workplace. In transitioning to Border's Group, Graphic Resource Group, and the University of Michigan, I carried that concept with me, optimizing spaces, partnerships, processes, and systems to continually innovate, solve issues, and create careers.I love to spend time with my four fabulous kids, and am an avid cyclist of all sorts, I like to work with my hands creating and fixing, and enjoy traveling, reading, and the arts.
