Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc is a 36 year old New York Stock Exchange Company. I am an Independent Associate with this company. We specialize in Identity Theft Risk Management and Legal Services.

Since I had a significant background in sales and technology the management team at OfficeMax offered me the Sales Supervisor position. I have had great success in training my employees in the overall sales process. Which includes product knowledge, qualifying techniques, overcoming objections from customers, and most important building confidence in themselves. Our store in the cinco ranch area had tremendous success in sales and gross margin. With my help our store eliminated 50,000 dollars worth of debt that we had at the start of 2007.

As a technology salesman I have mastered the art of qualifying customers. Oualifying customers is the number one objective in the sales process. Working at Office Depot has increased my knowledge on network devices, computers, laptops, software, digital cameras, printers, copiers,storage devices, and shredders.During my time with Office Depot I have been selected employee of the month on two different occasions.

After finishing my second internship with the FDA I decided to go to RadioShack to enhance my electronics knowledge. Working at Radioshack really sharpened my customer services skills. Customers depended on me to guide them in the right direction in deciding the right products for their home or business. During my time at RadioShack I gained a better perspective on adapters, batterys, cell phones, fuses, wires, and overall electronics. I recievied two salesman of the month awards for part-time employess.

I worked for the Food And Drug Administration in the summers of 2001 and 2002. I worked directly with the CFSAN Helpdesk. I handled users calls and concerns and tried to help them troubleshoot over the phone. If that was not good enough then I would gather their information and put it in a database called Remedy. Then I would assign the users request to a technician. When it got busy I would leave the phones and help the users in person. I was responsible for gathering information for port activations, making the Lan team aware of e-mail servers or printer servers that are down. I helped the inventory control team with a mandatory PC Audit for the entire FDA. During my internships with FDA I recieved three customer services awards, a cash bonus, an inventory control award, and I was extended twice.
