 Organization Admin for Planview, JIRA and Azure Dev ops. Customization of the tools as per Stakeholder requirements. Understand Business needs and Requirement gathering from the Stakeholder. Work toward managing and improving the integration of the tool with different application. Manage User access and licenses in the Application. Automate Reports in Planview and do testing periodically to align the parameters set for the reports. Maintain service now request for any kind of change request and user access request from the stake holders. Work Closely with the PMO team and provide them regular update on the process. Work with senior managers for improvement in PACE governance. Create process flow maps for different process.

 Perform Annual/ Quarterly and Monthly Portfolio Planning Processes. Responsible for Stakeholder management: Key Stakeholders include (but are not limited to) Portfolio & Change Director, Head of PMO, Senior Portfolio Managers, Capability Owners, Resource Managers and Business Partners. Provide training plans for PMs and BPs to make them understand the way of working of organization in the application. Responsible for Change Management: Make necessary changes to the PMO utilized tool to make sure there is continuous improvement in the Applications.

 Create reports on Resource utilization, Investment performance and activity.  Maintain record and files for all Portfolio activity. Keep clients up to data on the state of their portfolio.  Network with Project Planning leads and clients to build strong relationship.  Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.  Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.  Apply knowledge of trends to client portfolio suggesting changes and adjustments accordingly. Work as admin for Concerto and Planview production environment to create/modify user access and make necessary changes in Program & projects.  Work as tester while release of new versions of Planview application, test script will be given and based of the test scripts we must find out bugs.  Provide application support in an organizational level e.g., Financial Management Centre (FMC) and Full cost View (FCV). Maintain Service now (APM tool) request received by clients based on user access, Financial and Performance reports, and Portfolio Management.
