Currently responsible for all orders start to finish within our Philadelphia plant and overseeing they are completed accurately and timely. Answering lead time requests via Zoho software for all future orders. Coordinating the production schedule utilizing Preactor planning software. Planning newly entered orders per the production schedule and in transit materials.Utilizing available warehousemen to repack materials in different packaging to meet the demands of future orders and ensuring timely shipment.

I currently track all new and pre owned incoming vehicles for the dealership. Updating the pre owned details and making them as noticeable as possible to the customer online. My responsibilities also include organizing and inputting all data into our CRM database.I also handle all fleet vehicle ordering and delivery processes for our FMC partners. I work this position in addition to my Fleet Vehicle Coordinator position.

I currently handle all fleet courtesy vehicles, fleet stock purchases and drop ship units. Within the office I help my team with billing, purchase orders, quotes, scheduling deliveries and also printing all necessary finance paperwork. I frequently research availability of models and optional equipment using the computer database. With that comes handling any trades, negotiations and other skills to ensure acquiring the necessary vehicle goes as smoothly as possible. When a customer takes delivery of their new vehicle, I ensure they are familiarized with the features and equipment as well. Within the dealership I am also a Health Champion, Pulse Platform Navigator, annual United Way Coordinator and the PIE Advocate. I am also a 2x Team Lead for Holman's annual Days of Caring.

I was a self contractor and traveled to auto dealerships in the tri-state area. My main responsibilities were;• Collect information and surveys from customers to assist auto dealership in sales.• Help auto dealerships sell cars specifically fit to customers and send all data to J&L headquarters.• Personally interact with customers and sales team to help customers know they are appreciated.
