My role here included:- Partnered with company founder to manage operations of costume and fine jewelry company with a focus on repurposed materials.- Led employees across departments including sales, production, product development, marketing, logistics, and finance.- Created and communicated financial plans internally and with external accounting team, including financial forecasts and budgets, business analysis and cash flow management, P&L and balance sheet.- Negotiated contracts with vendors and customers.- Managed HR

- Developed and maintained close relationships with international & domestic department stores and boutiques, conducting product trainings and attending international trunk shows and sales events.- Acted as liaison between accounts and internal production/design teams to communicate specific needs of major customers.- Oversaw company financial records and data entry, responsible for monthly bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, quarterly and annual reporting to accounting team and company founder.

- Acted as clients’ bookkeeper and back-office assistant and contributed to upkeep of customers’ financial records, including accounts payables and receivables.- Represented ASAP at customers’ board meetings and assisted with yearly budget and HOA bylaw review processes.
