Working with the National Manager Real Estate and Workplace, this role requires managing a variety of complex issues, providing effective project management and support while responding to all business needs in an environment where there are multiple projects overlapping.This role coordinates each of the stream leads involved in delivering a successful transition to Activity Based Working (ABW) across projects within New Zealand. In addition this role manages the IT specific requirements of each transition to ABW and/or site relocations.Key responsibilities:ABW project delivery - create, maintain and report on a project plan to ensure deliverables are met.Risk management - proactively identify and manage risks and issues critical to project delivery.Stakeholder management - engage and understand business needs and co-ordinate with streams leads to ensure all impacted parties are fully informed. Budget management - manage project budgets in relation with National Manager RE&W. Manage the IT specific budget to ensure this is delivered within budget.IT stream lead - understand business tech requirements and translate into tech solutions. Liaise with and manage IT resources involved in project delivery.This role has also encapsulated managing a number of other property related projects, including site relocations, consolidations and office closures. Within this role I have managed 10 offices relocating and moving to ABW, 6 consolidations, 22 office closures and 7 co-work site transitions.

The scope of this role included support for all core hardware, networking, security and communications technologies.This was a nationwide role, leading a team of 12 supporting IT infrastructure across 50+ locations, including hosted data centre environments.
