As a Principal DevSecOps Engineer at Raft, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. I have designed, architected, and managed multiple projects through the full project life cycle, using my coding experience and web application development skills. I also have a Master's Degree in Business Analytics from Villanova University, which gives me a unique perspective to drive data-driven decisions and optimize performance. I am passionate about mentoring and learning, and have helped many team members advance their careers. I have also spearheaded various initiatives to promote a culture of continual learning and collaboration, such as Lunch n' Learns, Tech Talks, and Architecture Challenges. Additionally, I am passionate about empowering women in the technology field. I volunteer with Grace Hopper and CAPWIC (Capital Region Women in Computing), where I connect with and mentor women from different stages of their careers.
