PMM for Lennox Residential Cooling & Mini-Splits

Lennox Marketing restructured, and my title shifted to Campaign Strategist. In addition to the Brand Marketing Specialist responsibilities, I aided in the development of a process for business units to establish a strategic go-to-market plan for new programs and initiatives.

• Led the Satellite Media Tour efforts to launch the Lennox S40 Smart Thermostat and delivered over $6MM in media exposure and 405MM impressions in the first month• Worked cross-functionally with 4 Product Marketing Managers to develop go-to-market strategies for new product introductions• Partnered with a creative agency and 4 PMMs to develop messaging and brand marketing collateral for Lennox products• Spearheaded a pilot of an all-new custom selling tools platform with internal employees and sales team members to improve UX• Created promotional materials for the field sales team, Lennox dealers, homeowners, and trade shows• Led amplification of product content via public relations• Coordinated weekly review of marketing materials with Marketing leadership to ensure project alignment• Presented new product messaging and collateral to the executive leadership team monthly• Approved all product-related advertising for accuracy and consistency• Managed relationships and projects with 4+ internal teams, 2 agencies, and a vendor to ensure deadlines were met via weekly meetings• Trained 6 cross-functional teams on the New Product Introduction process to address knowledge gaps and identify process improvements• Collaborated with 5 cross-functional teams to execute the U.S. Department of Energy’s Cold Climate Heat Pump Challenge press event where Lennox hosted U.S. Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm. Worked to develop a press release and materials for the CEO and CTO. Secured media coverage that garnered a total viewership potential of over 39MM

Supported the commercialization efforts of 4 annual national promotions (rebates, financing, and pilot offers) by: • Creating and sending customer emails• Maintaining B2B website with promotional pages• Supporting B2C website with promotional content• Preparing reports and analyzing data to support the Loyalty and Promotions team in making the best decisions• Acting as the subject matter expert & primary point of contact for Lennox Residential Consumer Promotions• Working with 10 external partners and 9 cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of each promotional launch• Initiating a redesign of 7 promotional flyers to enhance dealers’ experience and Lennox brand consistency• Creating flyers for 6 promotional zones to showcase available incentives to Lennox dealers• Supporting and reviewing a multi-million dollar annual budget to ensure accuracySupported the Energy Efficiency program (Utility Rebates) by: • Aiding the onboarding of a new vendor to manage rebate submissions• Assisting in the growth of Lennox's Utility Rebates program participation by 75% YoY by generating awareness, interest, and desire in dealers through the creation of promotional materials and training• Creating flyers for 3 utility districts to educate dealers on the rebates offered to them by their local utility company• Crafting dealer agreement forms and program guidelines for new participating dealers• Working with in-house creative team to develop an informational video showcasing the new rebate submittal platform• Generating reports highlighting the existing rebates by region, zip code, and utility provider

I completed a Marketing Internship with World Class Automotive Group based out of Dallas, Texas where I supported Marketing activities for 3 of the top 100 Ford dealers, 2 Lincoln dealers, 1 Volkswagen Wolfsburg Crest dealer, 4 QuickLane locations, and the company’s charity. I completed an internship where I serviced the needs of Forensic Psychologist, Dr. Susan Fletcher. I worked with Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet to ensure all information in our system was accurate and up to date.
