With over 8 years of experience in environmental planning, compliance, and management, I am a passionate and dedicated water rights analyst at the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB). I have a master's degree in park and resource management and a CPR certification from the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).At SWRCB, I apply my skills in concept development, teamwork, and problem solving to ensure the fair and sustainable allocation of water resources in California. I also collaborate with various stakeholders, such as the California Department of Conservation, to oversee and implement projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and local air pollution in underserved communities. As a youth mentor and leader of change in the BIPOC community, I aim to inspire and empower the next generations of change makers to find solutions towards environmental sustainability.
