Federal Regulatory & Compliance

As a member of the Graduate School of Business Admissions Operations Team, I assist with all aspects of the application intake and management process.- Assisting with management of the department email inbox, including responding to inquiries and sorting incoming email- Processing and verifying application documents- Frequent use of databases and systems, including maintaining confidentiality of student information- Occasional interaction with current students and other office guests

Office of General Counsel and Pro Bono for the Center for Reproductive Rights- Supports the work of the Pro Bono team in weekly team meetings, research, mappings, and presentation support- Assists the Pro Bono Associates and Pro Bono Coordinators with tasks related to the annual valuation process- Conducts research on external partners, primarily law firms and firm attorneys, to update contact information, identify practice areas of interest, and maintain up to date information on the Center’s Pro Bono Partners- Develops large data sets related to contact information, case referral tracking, law firm practice areas, matter feedback and / or geographic mappings- Assists with Salesforce maintenance by obtaining documents related to relevant cases, referrals, and external meetings

Worked with Records Management Division staff digitizing historical City records, Prepared documents for scanning, produced digital image files, retrieved microfilmed documents, and indexed scanned records into the City’s electronic document management system, Assisted with historical research, Performed other duties as assigned.Processed a collection of Former Mayor, Joseph P Riley's archival records and speeches and completed a finding aid/guide to the collection that will be posted to the City’s website.

Role consisted of filing and scanning City records, Boxing and transferring records to the City’s Record Management Department, and Occasional correspondence with City Council members and Charleston Mayor John Tecklenburg
