Hi there, My name is Sudarsana Reddy Yerabandi, but you can call me Sudarsan. I come from humble beginnings, born and raised in a small village in a farmer's family. Growing up in a rural community taught me the value of hard work and determination, which has been an essential part of my life and has helped me in my professional journey.I started my IT career in SAP in 2003, and since then, I have mastered solving intricate business problems with SAP and devising innovative SAP solutions for a diverse range of clients. My extensive experience and mastery of this field have equipped me with the skills and knowledge required to provide unparalleled SAP solutions to my clients. My unique strength is a blend of technical expertise with deep business knowledge and managerial experience. As the leader of the SAP technical competency at Roboxa, my responsibility is to channel & steer the team's talent in the right direction to deliver impeccable solutions to our clients. In addition, I am also accountable for ensuring the team is "future-ready" with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices to achieve organizational goals and vision.I have a master's degree in computer applications and an MBA from VCU. I also possess a few professional certifications in project management and enterprise architecture - Certified PRINCE2® Practitioner and TOGAF 9 Certified Architect In my free time, I enjoy reading Hindu mythology and philosophy, which has helped me lead a happier and more successful life.
