I serve as the day-to-day contact for my customers, coordinating efforts to ensure the right information is shared at the right time for all key stakeholders, including clinical teams, IT, infection prevention, designers and architects, risk and safety personnel, management, and more.

Managed the distribution network for Quebec, Eastern Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Optimized sales of Midmark dental equipment by ensuring that our relationships with our distributors were in excellent standing. Elaborated and executed sales strategies, did product training and in-services, managed consignment inventory, prepared and participated in multiple events and trade shows, ensured expense budgets were respected.
