I am a faculty lecturer and program coordinator at McGill University School of Continuing Studies, where I have been teaching and developing project management courses and certificates for over five years. I have a master's degree in business administration and a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute. My passion is to bring together the best creative minds to deliver amazing things that matter. I have over 25 years of experience in producing and managing events and shows for the entertainment industry, working with global partners and clients in China and other markets. I have successfully delivered new shows and managed the partnership relationship for Dragone, a leading live entertainment company, and led the project to develop and implement an open innovation model for Cirque du Soleil, which won the 2014 project of the year award from PMI. I have also published books and articles on project management and innovation, and I speak four languages, including Mandarin.
