As the Customer Care Lead for our New Homes team, I am committed to supporting our team in any way I can. This fiscal year I’m excited to lean in and offer the guidance our team requires to meet our departmental goals. I’ve recently had many task-oriented responsibilities alleviated. As a result, I’ve been able to focus on our team and my professional development. My diligence, focus, and attention to detail are appreciated by my direct leadership. For example, I was previously responsible for the monthly manual billing processes for three different business units. The work was always completed timely and accurately. Additionally, I’ve been honored for my consistency, dependability, and dedication to my role. I’m thought to always be counted on to get whatever task, job, or project needs to be completed. Last fiscal year I processed over $15M and 100K records in billing transactions across three different divisions. Another key initiative was working with various stakeholders to successfully implement billing automation. I’m looking forward to the coming year and the success of our New Homes team.
