The TK Maxx store in Blanchardstown is the flagship store in the Republic of Ireland and operates over 2 floors on 40,000 sq ft. In addition to this, The Training Hub for the region is located on the premises.Headcount of 120 includes 10 Managers, 4 Loss Prevention Officers and Associates.Responsible for overseeing all areas of the business and hosting senior visitors to the Regional Training Hub daily.

GM at Forever 21 Jervis Street, Dublin where I lead a team of 200 plus employees including 8 managers. The Dublin store was the first store to open in Europe in November 2010 and was a benchmark for the brand to expand its presence in the European market. Responsible for overseeing all areas of the Dublin business and supporting with the European expansion.

Area Manager for Warehouse Ladies Fashion for the Leinster Region incorporating 14 stores around Dublin, Drogheda, Dundalk, Sligo, Letterkenny. Accountable for all areas of the business within my designated Region and identifying future opportunities for expansion.

During my time with Dorothy Perkins I held many roles such as Brand Manager, Flagship Store Manager, Acting Area Manager (24 stores) and supported a number of projects including Regional Cost and Payroll Champion, Area Model Store Role out, Store Refurbishment Lead, New Manager Recruitment and Training.

Progressed from sales advisor to deputy manager in Clerys Tallaght branch. The store was host to a number of concessions ie Miss Selfridge, Wallis, Bay Trading as well as offering it's selection of own buy product. During my time with the company I gained experience of buying for the ladies wear, menswear and sports departments.
