CurrentMonitor and manage staff in regards to all pension benefits within the Client Services DivisionIn charge of developing, implementing and monitoring programs and plans to maximize efficiencies to meet branch objectives Signing authority pension benefits and commuted value terminations Responsible for setup and maintenance of performance appraisals, and objectives including coaching, counseling and disciplinary actionDevelopment of training plans and career planning for staffProvide one on one and group training both in office and in field settingsResponsible for ensuring excellent, time effective customer service provided to clients Handling and adjudication of all complex, difficult cases referred by other staff membersWorking as lead of a team in order to ensure the timely, effective and efficient delivery of programs and projects including monitoring service delivery and performance targets within the team's responsibilities.Coordinating and participating in meetings, discussions and reviews of administrative practices to ensure daily procedures and processes are consistent and workable in regards to the daily workflow Liaison with various departments of the BC Pension Corporation in order to evaluate and maintain policies, administrative and business practicesAnalyze system and business problems, issues and practices, policy decisions and legislation Develop and provide recommendations for current and future business alternativesResponsible for the implementation of new procedures, processes and practices within time lines Coordinating and training or staff in BC Pension Corporation business knowledge
