Intake-add new cases into our system, make sure each case is assigned to the correct medical field and make the templates for each type of case. Clean and put into chronological order, pull the trash. Scan hard copies onto my drive. Add them into the system. Interact with the clients keeping them happy is my #1 goal. Go to our clients office to pick up hard copies and surveillance videos. Download surveillance videos then watch them for quality and make sure that the video/ sound work. If there is an issue fix it before I send it off to the nurses with run time. Making and mailing out the preauthorization forms. Answer emails and calls from the providers and clients. Make and send out the end of the day assignment list email. Add the finished C/C cases back into the clients system for billing and page count.
