Assisted in development of policy and procedure for nursing department, Assistance in care plan development and structure of computerized system. Assistance in change of medication management and ECP computer programming. Medication management for approximately 40 residents. Thorough knowledge of Tennessee Assisted Living Regulations. Consistent communication with outside providers, vendors, and home health organizations.
