Fresh graduates of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Gilgit-Baltistan who accept challenges and can pace well with a dynamic banking environment; this is the chance to have an exciting career with BoK.JOB DISCRIPTION:• Reviewing the filled Account Opening Form (AOF) and related supporting documentation to ensure the completeness as per the Prudential Regulations and the Bank’s internal policies;• Overseeing the implementation of necessary controls and procedures to ensure that the customer opening the account is not listed in the blacklisted customers/banned entities/OFAC list and the escalation of any discrepancies to the Operations Manager for necessary guidance and action;• Ensuring complete data capturing of AOF, KYC, cheque book requests and ATM into the system as per the prescribed policies and procedures;• Monitoring new account openings and processing of change requests in the system to ensure timely processing of the same at CPU level and intimating the• Receiving and ensuring the completeness of the printed cheque books from the relevant entity as per the prescribed procedures;• Ensuring the timely capturing of cheque book series into the system;• Facilitating the BM/BOM in relation to customer’s complaints pertinent to branch operations and ensuring timely resolution of the same through operations department;• Performing any other responsibility as assigned by the Operations Manager and any other competent authority from time to time.
