- Responsible for driving and promoting new business and reaching goal of $40 million for the Ingleside, Texas division working closely with the Corporate Business Development team- Act as first point of contact for International and Domestic customers, Port users, the United States Coast Guard and other governmental agencies- Orchestrate channel closures and waterway disruptions, operating in an effort to mitigate potential conflict- Prepare Estimated Cost Analysis, pricing, and preliminary invoices- Assist Procurement Department with issuing Purchase Orders, receiving equipment, and procuring equipment in the absence of the Procurement Manager- Oversee surveys and repairs for deck barges in fleet- Coordinate a diverse fleet of towing vessels, to include crewing and working in conjunction with international agencies- Actively recruit new crew members while following all mandated United States Coast Guard guidelines- Conduct employee evaluations of 80+ crew members- Track, evaluate and approve training requests by crew members- Act as ambassador for Signet Maritime Corporation by attending various community, state, and international events- Selected by the United States Coast Guard to act as Harbor Tug representative in the event of Port emergencies

- Manage vessel dispatch and coordinate vessel allocation- Facilitate Major Project Risk Assessments and Pre-Tow Meetings- Record and process Marine Operation Logs and records- Coordinate on/off hire surveys of equipment- Create and distribute situation reports for project movements- Liaison with the United States Coast Guard, directly related to Channel Closures and Waterway Disruptions- Project management for various Tension Leg Platforms and Spars in the Gulf of Mexico- Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Quality (HSSEQ) representative for Ingleside, Texas division- On call/duty on rotational schedule (bi-weekly)- Work in conjunction with International and Domestic Traffic Managers- Provide customer service to International and Domestic Traffic Customers
