· Took over loan level PMIERS reporting that produces Risk Basked Required Asset database for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Enhanced this process by using a newly built database for net risk in force.· Evaluated student loan data from external servicing lender and compared the data to internal loan level data in order to cancel certificates that are no longer in force.· Run monthly and quarterly Reserving data for Actuaries, enhance programs with new requests, balance data monthly and research any questions regarding data output.· Produce monthly databases for company loss data, effective dates and reinsurance accounting.· Converted all existing SAS programs to SAS VIYA.

· Enhanced and maintained the NIW Quality Report with SAS macros and looping. This program produces 50+different reports for individual lenders.. Coordinate Reserve Studies, domestic and international, by assigning tasks across the team, reviewing output,assisting with enhancements, working with auditors and meeting timelines.. Implement balancing templates in business critical reporting and database outputs.. Created a Reserve Factor database that contained the calendar month, status and reserve factor. This database is used in multiple departmental reserving programs to help automatically calculate an adjusted reserve amount for actuarial triangles.· Worked with IT to patch student loan delinquency data using FTP files from the lender. These files stopped processing automatically from the IT department for several months, resulting in incorrect data flowing into the system. Built a SAS process to read in all the FTP files that were not processed by IT and patched the actuarial delinquency triangles for reserving purposes.

- Built programs to read in International Production reports and create databases for 7 countries. Responsible for maintaining these databases and producing reporting for the International Reserves and PDR.- Created programs to build databases for use in the Actuarial Systems group for zip codes and eligibility requirements.- Work with vendors and outside data for modeling and analysis. Example built database from over 15,000 text files from Corelogic for use in modeling.- Maintain, enhance and run different programs in the department for PDR and Reserving.- Created a date constants program that uses system dates to build current month end date formats. This program is called by various programs and allows for dates to be automatically updated in each program.

- Primary responsibilities include design, testing and implementation of software additions and working with users and management to help develop needed processes throughout the company.- Developed and tested a process to accumulate service and equipment codes on a month-to-month basis. This process is used for reporting in and out quantities to the North Carolina Utilities Commission.- Developed and tested a process to automatically retrieve internet banking payments from North State customers using CheckFree via FTP. These payments feed into the North State Communications payment and A/R files.- Developed and tested a process to send Lifeline customers to the Department of Health and Human Services of North Carolina for verification of the Lifeline credit.- Worked with team members on developing new Operator Assistance Process.
