Responsible for coordinating convention events, recruiting volunteers and donors, accepting and acknowledging monetary and in-kind gifts, giving interviews to multiple media outlets to further the charity's needs, attending special events as needed to promote our cause, and assisting talent and celebrity guests who donate time to our cause. Also responsible for merchandise sales and shipping to other board members to ensure that it is available at all shows and conventions where Hero Initiative is represented.

As Teacher, responsible for curriculum development, activity schedule planning and implementation in the classroom, caring for children from infants to school age, as well as preparing and maintaining developmental portfolios, including administering tools to identify any developmental delays. As Site Coordinator and Camp Director, responsible for providing leadership at the after-school and day camp sites, working with parents to ensure that the program meets and exceeds their expectations and needs, processing payments for services, organizing and leading field trips and special events, training new staff, staff scheduling, and serving on various development committees.
