Outbound/Inbound Teleservices Representative
Current- Contact customers through an automated dialer and manually on Life, Health and Medicare Sup products for welcome and coverage information. Collect information for marketing analysis.
- Promote conversions and customer retention by processing various payment methods.
- Call new and potential customers with offers of increased coverage.
- Call automatic bank withdrawal rejects to possibly set them up to receive service with our Company ongoing.
- Assist Underwriting and Agency by verifying signatures and dates on applications, answering incoming phone calls from Customers, hospitals and funeral homes assisting with policies and procedures, plus processing loan.
