Configure, deploy, manage and maintain Cisco Adaptive Security Appliances and Cisco routers. As well as lead the project for the firewall team in learning and supporting the F5 Application Delivery Controller for DIS and other state agencies.

I work on the DIS Security Firewall team managing and maintaining various state agencies' firewalls on Cisco routers and ASA devices. I have been actively involved with the K12 broadband project, upgrading the K12 schools in the state of Arkansas to the state network.

Windows End User Support

Maintain and repair issues with the (exchange, file, and backup servers) running Windows Server 2008 R2. Assist faculty, staff, and students with active directory and exchange mail accounts. Setup and maintain classroom technology (computers, monitors, overhead, and projectors). Maintain and repair client computers running Windows 7 and Windows XP operating systems. Recall backup tapes based on daily requests. Ship tapes to International Vaulting Services offsite storage facility. Maintain accurate documentation of tape locations used for inventory. Trained new associates in process and procedures.
