o Developing communications for the promotion & development of awareness of AID both in South Sudan & the UK, including personal impact stories, good news stories, programme success stories, etc. that are capable of being communicated.o Providing regular updates / case studies / stories on all projects, to include photos and other relevant media. o Identifying fundraising opportunities for AID in South Sudan and pursuing these, including events, funding applications, etc.o Liaising with programme partners and implementing partners to facilitate, for example, grant applications submitted by AID.o Monitoring & evaluating AID-supported programmes and writing reports and impact assessments for AID staff and trustees in the UK. o Travelling to the UK to speak with staff, trustees and supporters from time-to-time.o Identifying training and development needs & opportunities for staff & beneficiaries involved in AID’s local programmes and, in consultation with programme leads, seeking to make the most of these opportunities and meet needs, with the aim of building capacity within South Sudan.

Developing effective working relationships with cooperate AMERF Family/team (International Offices and Head Quarters). -Events Management: To developed contact list of appropriate, nationally-known personalities who have been identified, engaged and support AMREF's effort and who actively participate in special events and activities. Organizing AMREF South Sudan special events and campaigns. Designing concept notes with budgets for special events. Creating a checklist each event. -AMREF’s priorities and campaigns: Designing effective process in place for integrating and taking action on AMREF's communications priorities, campaigns and partnerships, disseminating these elements in a locally-appropriate way. Repackaging information to communities and partners. -Resource mobilization support; Country level fund-raising activities are supported by effective advocacy and communication strategy and activities. Currently its Communications and advocacy unit in South Sudan Support fundraising. Implementing the principals of fundraising locally. -Management: Human resources (the communication team) -Information Management and Knowledge Management: Work with Research team and support them in documenting and knowledge Management. Provide literature research in time of need
