Sonas, LLC is an MBA student-formed and student led company born out of the technology entrepreneurship program for the purpose of business plan competitions. Sonas is working in conjunction Pacific Northwest National Laboratories to commercialize and deploy a security screening technology that uses acoustic waves to characterize, measure and identify the liquid contents of a sealed container. We are currently working through the business plan competition circuit while also receiving council and insights from outside panels representing the angel and venture capital investment community.

Worked with Pacific Northwest National Laboratories vetting an emerging technology focusing on the screening or air cargo in an effort to prevent potential disasters and in recognition of emerging security threats. This vetting process involved market studies, financial projections, sourcing, allocation and requisition of funding and overall due diligence in an effort to commercialize this technology.

Led a team based out of the Rio Grande Valley in which I oversee 2 branches, 7 satellite agents and 4 direct reports, responsible for the allocation of inventory, management of a fleet of both commercial and consumer vehicles, coordination of a multi-community sales effort and management of remote location operations.
