During Tadd's tenure, he provided strategy and capital advice to technology companies in the U.S., Canada, and Europe. The purpose of the engagement was to construct a five year business strategy that would transition the company to a $5 billion market capitalization.

Mr. Tobkin's clerkship presented the chance to produce numerous trial briefs related to drug trafficking, Medicare/Medicaid fraud, and sex crimes. This project required him to collaborate with a variety of individuals across twenty-four European countries. The final blueprint architected the capture of $1.5 billion in revenue and related expenses.

He also demonstrated good critical thinking skills by saving one client $1 million by identifying and resolving a major design flaw.

Family business start by Tadd's grandfather in 1945. During his tenure working in the business, his contributions helped increase revenues from $5 million to $100 million from 1994 to 1998. In addition, he managed plant operations, including inventory, cheese production, procurement, and a building expansion from 21,000 to 35,500 square feet. Tadd also played a critical role with logistical coordination when the company relocated from South Dakota to New Mexico.
